Summary

Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solution architect and practice lead with 20+ years personally designing and building integrations, data migrations, data warehousing, custom applications, and analytics as technical lead on 40+ multi-year Oracle implementation engagements, personally delivering 200+ integrations and migrating millions of records with reconciliation to source. I stay hands-on with the code on roughly half of my recent engagements while also leading onshore and offshore teams, running projects to tight deadlines and budgets, and owning practice utilization and P&L without letting delivery quality slip. My expertise spans the full Oracle Cloud stack, including Oracle Integration Cloud, APEX, VBCS, BI Publisher (pixel-perfect and eText), OTBI, Fusion Data Intelligence, PL/SQL, Python, and OCI infrastructure, along with deep EBS CEMLI experience on R12 and 11i. More recently I expanded into AI and machine learning, building a production RAG application on Oracle AI Vector Search and building governed workflow agents in Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio.   • Personally designed and delivered 200+ production OIC integrations across 30+ Oracle Cloud ERP go-lives — scheduled, event-driven, pub/sub, and app-driven — for Fortune 500, mid-market, and government clients.
  • Built a reusable PL/SQL framework for error handling, logging, and email notification that cut per-integration build time by 40% and became the delivery standard across 20 client engagements.
  • Wrote OIC orchestrations using FBDI and HDL to automate bulk data loads; used BI Cloud Connectors and HCM Extracts for outbound delivery.
